I have been lucky enough to be involved with The Wind Tunnel Project at Farnborough Airport. It is a series of events arranged by Artliner, a company that arranges art exhibitions in unusual and unused spaces. These are a series of photographs from inside R52, a grade II listed building that contains a wind tunnel once used to test prototype aeroplanes. The second photograph shows Thor McIntyre-Burnie, a visual and sound artist, standing in what was once the control room. The last picture show’s one of the speakers situated inside the wind tunnel.
